Do my customers need an app?
No. The stamp card is saved in Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), which are already on most smartphones. The customer simply scans a QR code and taps “Add”.
What does it cost?
There is no setup fee. The Basic plan costs CHF 19.90 per month, the Pro plan CHF 29.90 per month. If you pay yearly, you get 2 months free. All details under Pricing.
Do I need a till system?
No. Stamping is done with the scanner web app in the browser, on any phone or tablet. Stammkunde works independently of your till.
Can my whole team stamp?
Yes. In the business area, under “Team”, you create a separate login for every staff member. Your staff can stamp and redeem rewards; only you see statistics and settings. You can also see who stamped how often. If someone leaves, you remove their login with one click.
Where is the data stored?
Your customers stay anonymous: we don’t ask for an email address or phone number. The card runs under a name or nickname of their choice; only the card and stamps are stored – in a database in Zurich, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). More in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The subscription runs from its start date in terms of one month or one year (e.g. 7 Oct – 6 Nov) and renews automatically. You can cancel up to 10 days (monthly billing) or 30 days (yearly billing) before the end of the term. You can cancel directly in the app under “Subscription”.
How long does setup take?
Just a few minutes. You choose the name, logo, reward and number of stamps yourself in the business area and immediately see what the card looks like. With the Pro plan you also set your own colours, stamp icon or even your own stamp images; with Basic we set the colours together with you. Then print the table tent with the QR code, and your team can get started. If needed, we help online or by phone.
